AGE CRITERIA

TEST & INTERVIEW

All Children seeking admission will be asked to come along with their parents for an interview. An Entrance Exam will be conducted for all those who are seeking admission from Std 1 to Std XII. Admission will be granted on the basis of the marks scored in the test

• • Copy of the Birth Certificate attested by a Gazetted officer.
  • Copy of Aadhar card - Documents.
  • Transfer Certificate (only after admission is guaranteed).
  • Original Certificate and Mark list of the qualified examination.
  • Conduct Certificate.
  • Two passport size photographs.

CURRICULAM CBSE STREAM

Up to Class X

English, Hindi, Punjabi, Mathematics, Science and Social Science.

Special Subjects (for all)

Value Education, Computer Science, Work experience, Art Craft and Physical Education,Music.

Discipline

SMBV aims to mold the character and develop them into good citizens . Discipline is the hallmark of good citizen and disciplined behavior should be cultivated by all. In this respect , irregularity in attendance is considered a serious matter. If leave is absolutely necessary, permission for it should be sought by the parent, by his/her signed request in the school diary. Absence for health reasons for 15 days or more must have the backing of a reliable Medical Certificate issued by a competent doctor

Punctuality

Being late to school is a sign of indifference and indiscipline, as well as a disturbance to the whole class. Persistent late attendance will render the student liable for disciplinary action including suspension or expulsion from the school

Use Of English On The Campus And The School Bus

Since the medium of instruction is English as well as the proficiency in the language is Indispensable for a rewarding career later, all students are requested to speak only English at school and on the school bus.

Class tests and examinations must be taken in the right spirit , Promotion is granted on the basis of the whole work of the pupil (academic performance ) The aggregate marks obtained by the pupil, which is based on the performance of the pupil during the entire year, will be taken into account at the time of promotion. Any malpractice in tests or examinations is a serious matter and the culprit will face disciplinary action including expulsion form the school.

Fee

For the convenience of those who prefer installment payment, the total fee for twelve months is divided into three installments, payable in April, August and December

• The fee can be remitted at the School.
• The fee rates and other details of the fee will be published on the school Notice Board.
• Please note that the School working time is from 8.50 am to 3.00pm.
• Please pay all fees on time and avoid the late fine, Defaulters will have to pay a fine of Rs. 25 for each month.
• All dues must be cleared before the beginning of the examinations.
